Class Scholarship

No one recognizes the value of a Lab education more keenly than alumni, who tell us Lab is where they “learned to think… learned to learn.” To recognize and honor the lifelong bonds shared by alumni, past, present and future, Lab is launching an Alumni Class Scholarship Initiative. The goal of this initiative is to provide every Lab graduate an opportunity to invest, in partnership with classmates, in an endowed scholarship fund named by the class. The cost of an education at U-High is now more than $100,000, and growing! Your investment in a class scholarship will help students of modest means to access the same quality education you did.

The following U-High classes have established scholarship funds:

• Class of 1953
• Class of 1954
• Class of 1977
• Class of 1978
• Class of 2007
• Class of 2008

Class gifts totaling $25,000 or more can establish a permanently endowed fund for the Laboratory Schools. To discuss starting a scholarship fund for your class, contact Ann Cherry, at 773-702-2991.
